Jennica at the Indigenous Games
Our own Jennica Peter represented both New Mexico and the Navajo Nation in the 2011 United States Indigenous Games (USIG) held this past July in Milwaukee, WI. This quadrennial tournament brings Native American athletes from all over the North American continent together for two weeks of competition and friendship. Here are some pictures of Jennica as she played softball at these games.
